By accessing or using the Crimson Crust website and ordering our pizza delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Crimson Crust provides pizza delivery services in Singapore. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify our menu, prices, and services at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
  • Change delivery areas and availability
  • Update these terms with notice to users

Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

Orders can be placed through our website or by phone. When placing an order, you must:

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Provide a valid payment method
  • Be at least 18 years of age

Order Acceptance

Your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery. We accept:

  • GrabPay
  • Cash on delivery

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on your location. Orders over $25 receive free delivery. We reserve the right to adjust delivery fees based on distance and demand.

We aim to deliver within 30-45 minutes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Order volume
  • Distance from our location

Delivery Requirements

You must:

  • Provide a safe and accessible delivery location
  • Be available to receive the order
  • Provide contact information for delivery coordination

Failed Deliveries

If we cannot complete delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one available to receive the order
  • Unsafe delivery conditions

You will be charged for the full order amount, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this time, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur fees.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect orders
  • Damaged or cold food upon delivery
  • Missing items
  • Quality issues

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
